Fallsview Food & Drink Fest Continues to Burst with Flavour as New Chefs, Vendors and Sponsors Announced

(Niagara Falls, ON) May 13, 2024 – If there is only one must-attend event this summer, it’s without a doubt, Fallsview Food & Drink Fest. This four-day event from June 6 – 9 continues to burst with flavour, as Fallsview announces the addition of two new chefs to the already stacked line-up, as well as over 40 different food and drink vendors and five new sponsors, who are ready to take your taste buds on a culinary journey.

Joining Fallsview Food & Drink Fest for the second year is Chef Bob Blumer. He’s back in the kitchen and eager to share the delicious dishes he’s creating for the Celebrity Chef Dine About on June 7th and Food Con on June 8th along with Aarón Sánchez, Geoffrey Zakarian, Mary Berg, and Rocco DiSpirito. Bob Blumer is a gastronaut with an adrenaline addiction. He has written seven acclaimed cookbooks, created and hosted three award-winning TV series that have aired in over 20 countries, and broken eight food-related Guinness World Records. The Canadian Event Awards is Canada’s premier recognition program for the event and meeting industry and are known for their rigorous competition process, with entries reviewed and scored based on the merits of creativity, problem-solving, innovative solutions, design aesthetics, and more.

Fallsview Casino Resort hosted a multi-faceted celebration of Lunar New Year – Year of the Rabbit with activities starting January 23 through to February 5, 2023. Lunar New Year is a significant event for Fallsview Casino and casino patrons, as it represents the celebration of a new year and hope for good health and fortune for the year to come. It is one of the biggest holidays in the Asian culture and this celebration in particular was an extra special event, as it welcomed back patrons post-COVID. (Niagara Falls, ON) March 20, 2020 – Niagara Casinos as an organization has always taken great pride in our ongoing partnership with the local community, and this partnership is even more important as we face these unprecedented times together.

Niagara Casinos has donated surplus food items including dairy, fruit, vegetables and other perishable items. These food items were given to over 10 different local charities and organizations in order to support those in need in our community. These included Project Share, Women’s Place, FACS Niagara Region, Community Care, Casa El Norte, Soup Kitchen, RAFT, Fonthill Seniors Residence, Out of the Cold and more.

(Niagara Falls, ON) December 19, 2019 – Niagara Casinos’ associates celebrate a $225,229 contribution to United Way Niagara today in a cheque presentation at Fallsview Casino Resort.

As one of the largest donations in the region, $112,289 was raised through the casino’s annual workplace fundraising campaign coupled with an additional $112,940 provided in corporate support.
