(Niagara Falls, ON) July 11, 2017 – Grammy award-winning singer-songwriter Melissa Etheridge headlines a stellar October entertainment lineup at Fallsview Casino Resort, taking the stage on October 19 and 20.
For nearly three decades, Etheridge’s raspy, smoky voice, confessional lyrics and inspired songwriting have captivated audiences around the world. With classic songs such as Your Little Secret, Come to My Window, I’m the Only One, and I Want to Come Over, Etheridge’s signature style combines the soulfulness of the blues with hard-driving, guitar-heavy rock ‘n’ roll.
October’s entertainment kicks off with performances by rock legends Creedence Clearwater Revisited, followed by KC and The Sunshine Band. From October 11 to 15, Gregory Charles brings his interactive Upon Request show to Fallsview. At Charles’ show, audience members write down the songs they want to hear, then, Charles, described as a musical encyclopedia, pulls selections from a box and plays them live. At the end of the month, country star Kip Moore performs with special guest Drake White and the Big Fire, followed by 80s hit maker Howard Jones, fan favourite Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone, and Hong Kong actress and singer Mimi Choo.
