(Niagara Falls, ON) November 15, 2022 – Fallsview Casino Resort, Mohegan and the OLG are thrilled to announce one of the greatest singer/songwriter/composers of all time; Billy Joel will perform at the grand
opening for the new OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino on February 25, 2023 with a history-making performance – marking the next chapter in the songwriter’s longstanding relationship with Mohegan.

One of the biggest concert draws in the world, Joel has sold over 160 million records worldwide. He is also the recipient of six Grammy® Awards, including the prestigious Grammy Legend Award. Joel has been inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and has received numerous industry awards including a Tony for “Movin’ Out,” a Broadway musical based on Joel’s music.

Billy Joel has been entertaining crowds with his music and incredible on-stage presence since 1972. His hits include Big Shot, Piano Man, and It’s Still Rock and Roll to Me, to name just a few – and he has performed at the world’s most prestigious venues, including a 10-show residency at Mohegan Sun Arena. The award-winning venue, located at Mohegan’s flagship property in Uncasville, CT, played host to Joel’s first-ever residency that drew more than 100,000 people to witness the living legend first-hand.

ROCK AND ROLL LEGEND DON FELDER TAKES IT TO THE LIMIT THIS FEBRUARY

(Niagara Falls, ON) November 8, 2022 – Don “Fingers” Felder, one of the most innovative riff generating musicians of the classic and modern rock era, will perform at the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino on February 4, 2023.

“It is our honour to have former Eagles lead guitarist Don Felder on the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino,” says Cathy Price, Niagara Casinos’ Vice President of Marketing. “Our new venue is perfectly suited for an act like this. With its state-of-the-art sound system, this guitar legend is going to burn down the house!”

Felder is a proud, longstanding member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, having been inducted with the Eagles in 1998. He was also inducted into the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville in 2016, and the Florida Artists Hall of Fame in 2017.

Starting in the 60’s, Felder navigated the burgeoning rock scene in his native Gainesville, Florida, which included a stint teaching guitar to Tom Petty and learning slide guitar from his longtime friend Duane Allman of the Allman Brothers.

He is also a committed Samaritan thanks to his tireless efforts with The Git-R-Done Foundation, which was created by the comedian and named after his signature catchphrase. To date, the charity has donated more than $7 million dollars to various charities. He is also a bestselling author. THE MONKEES CELEBRATED BY MICKY DOLENZ SET FOR SPRING APPEARANCE

(Niagara Falls, ON) November 1, 2022 – Micky Dolenz, original member of the 60s superband The Monkees, will be bringing fans together in April at the Avalon Theatre to pay tribute to the iconic hit makers.

“This is going to take a lot of people back, and no doubt attract some new fans to the sounds of the 60s,” says Cathy Price, Niagara Casinos’ Vice President of Marketing. “Seeing a musical legend like Micky Dolenz perform classics from The Monkees is sure to be an unforgettable experience for fans across multiple generations.”

Formed in Los Angeles in 1966 with Dolenz, Michael Nesmith, Peter Tork, and Davy Jones as the main performers, The Monkees were an American rock and pop sensation. They have been called the world’s first boy band and are one of the best-selling acts of all time with more than 75 million records sold worldwide.

This time around, to commemorate more than 50 years of music, Dolenz will be backed by a seven-piece band, performing hits such as I’m A Believer, Daydream Believer, Last Train To Clarksville, Pleasant Valley Sunday, (I’m Not Your) Steppin’ Stone, That Was Then, This Is Now.

(Niagara Falls, ON) October 18, 2022 – You have seen them on primetime and on the big screen; now you can see them live at the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino on their truTV Impractical Jokers: The DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE Tour.
