“Walk off the Earth are well-known for their innovative music style, with each member deeply passionate about their craft. This incredibly talented band from Burlington is a true example of Canadian talent shining bright!” says Cathy Price, Vice President of Marketing, Niagara Casinos.
Walk Off the Earth is a Juno Award-winning multi-platinum musical phenomenon from Burlington, Ontario that was thrust onto the international stage in 2012 with their cover of the Gotye song “Somebody That I Used to Know,” which all band members performed simultaneously on one giant guitar. Since then, they have taken the world by storm headlining for the famed Red Rocks House, scoring a top 10 single in Canada for 30 straight weeks, and making it all the way to the top of the Pop Album chart in the US. The eccentric four-piece group continue to find new ways of keeping their own music and covers not only fresh by blending rock, reggae, pop and folk, but fun with their unique instrumental choices and artist appearances which continually engage their loyal WOTElings!
