(Niagara Falls, ON) April 24, 2025 – A must attend event just got even tastier!  Fallsview Food and Drink Fest returns June 6 – 8, 2025 now with more Canadian chefs added to an already incredible line up!  We are also thrilled to welcome over 50 different vendors, who are ready to make this the culinary event of the year.

Joining Fallsview Food and Drink Fest this year are Chefs Erica and Josh Karbelnik, a husband-and-wife team who have been in the industry for over 17 years. Most recognized by their Top Chef Canada and Chopped Canada seasons, the dynamic duo continue to leave their mark in the culinary industry. While pushing boundaries in the creation of signature dishes, they pride themselves on crafting bold flavours inspired by their worldly travels and locally sourced ingredients. Born and raised in Toronto (Ontario), they have worked for some of the best chefs across Canada as well as competing in some of our most esteemed culinary competitions. They grew up loving food/cooking and started their career by working in different restaurants across the nation. These restaurants include WEST, The Pear Tree, and Wildebeest (located in Vancouver, BC), as well as North 44, One Restaurant, and The Shangri-La Hotel (located in Toronto, (Ontario). We are excited to welcome their expertise and high end Karbs Catering business to Food and Drink Fest on both Friday and Saturday.

(Niagara Falls, ON) December 19, 2024 – Calling all CFL Fans! As the proud casino partner of the Toronto Argonauts and MLSE, Fallsview Casino Resort is welcoming CFL kicker and two-time Grey Cup champion Lirim Hajrullahu and the Grey Cup trophy on Friday, December 20.

Hajrullahu will be making a special guest appearance from 2:00pm to 3:15pm at OVERTIME Sports Lounge, where fans can come and say hello and enjoy featured food and beverage specials including the Grey Cup Special, and the Kick-It-up Caesar drink available from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.
