(Niagara Falls, ON) April 23, 2026 – Fallsview Food and Drink Fest continues to build momentum with the announcement of participating food and beverage vendors and an exciting new promotion. Taking place June 5–7, guests can expect a curated culinary experience featuring returning and first‑time chefs, live demonstrations, and select signature offerings. Tickets are available for purchase through Ticketmaster.
Fallsview Casino Resort is thrilled to announce over 50 different food and drink vendors who will be in attendance on both Friday, June 5th at the Celebrity Chef Dine About and Saturday, June 6th at the Food Con. Food, drinks and the celebrity chef experiences are all included in the ticket price. Throughout the weekend, enjoy culinary delights from 21 Club Steak and Seafood, Antler Kitchen, Banh Theory, Bella Cakes, Butchies, Cake Café, Cheese Boutique, Chz Plz, Egg Farmers of Ontario, Fallsview Bake Shop, Fat Rabbit, Karbs Catering, LEV2L Sports Bar, MA Chinese Cuisine, Matty’s Patty’s, MJ Ingribelli’s, Moksha Indian Bistro, Nadare Kakigori, Niagara Food Specialties, Overtime Sports Lounge, Patois, Ponte Vecchio, Red Ganache, Rizzos House of Parm, Stick Shift Robata, STK Steakhouse by Fallsview Group, Vij’s and Wind Sushi.
