(Niagara Falls, ON) July 25, 2024 – Fallsview Casino Resort is thrilled to share that two of its dining establishments, 21 Club Steak & Seafood and Ponte Vecchio, have received prestigious accolades for their exceptional wine programs in Wine Spectator’s 2024 Restaurant Awards. These awards recognize the finest restaurants worldwide for their dedication to providing exceptional wine selections.
Both 21 Club Steak and Seafood and Ponte Vecchio have won the Best of Award of Excellence award. The Best of Award of Excellence is given to restaurants that take their love of wine a step further, from staff training to ensure guests have knowledgeable assistance, to superior presentation and more in-depth sourcing. These wine lists offer approximately 350 or more carefully curated selections, offering a vast array of wines from top producers, showing a wide breadth of varying regions and vintage depth. Both restaurants at Fallsview Casino showcase a selection of 600 thoughtfully chosen wines from top producers around the world. In 2024, 1,531 global restaurants achieved the Best of Award of Excellence.

Ponte Vecchio has been the recipient of this award every year since opening in 2010. They are known for their high-end Italian culinary offerings, with a focus on regional cuisine and an impressive wine selection that features Italy’s top wine regions.
